Priyanka Chopra started her career as a model and gained fame after winning the Miss World title in 2000. She made her acting debut with the 2002 Tamil film ‘Thamizhan’. The following year, she made her Hindi film debut with ‘The Hero: Love Story of a Spy’ and followed it with the hit flick ‘Andaaz’, for which she won the Filmfare Best Female Debut Award. In 2004, she became the second woman to win the Filmfare Best Villain Award, for critically acclaimed performance in ‘Aitraaz’. Priyanka tasted commercial success with films like ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karogi’, ‘Krrish’, ‘Kaminey’, ‘Don - The Chase Begins Again’, and ‘Dostana’. In 2008, the actor earned the Filmfare Best Actress Award and a National Award for her portrayal of a model in the film Fashion and thus established herself as one of the leading contemporary actresses in Bollywood. Priyanka Chopra was also crowned India’s Glam Diva by CBS Love this year. Now the Glam Diva’s film Teri Meri Kahaani is all set to release on theatre.
