Congress confident on Pranab's win

New Delhi, July 18 (ANI): A day before the presidential elections, leaders of Congress party today expressed their confidence over the victory of UPA candidate Pranab Mukherjee. Minister of State for Agriculture and Parliamentary Affairs Harish Rawat told mediapersons that the entire nation is convinced about the success of Mukherjee’s candidature for the country’s top Constitutional position, right from the day his name was nominated. On Tuesday, TMC chief Mamata Baneerjee also announced that her party’s support to the UPA backed Presidential nominee. General Secretary of Congress party Janardhan Dwivedi appreciated Mamata’s move.
