Court reserves orders in defamation vs army chief

New Delhi, April 10 (ANI): A Delhi court has reserved the order on whether it should summon Indian Army Chief, General VK Singh, and four other officials in connection with a case of defamation filed by a former Lieutenant General, Tejinder Singh, for levelling serious allegations against him. Tejinder Singh’s Legal counsel, Anil Agrawal, said that the order has been reserved till the next hearing on April 21. Meanwhile Army Chief has written to the CBI about the bribe offer made to him Singh's written complaint to the CBI mentions that he was offered bribe by Tejinder Singh to clear the purchase of sub-standard all-terrain vehicles for the army.
