Bollywood bigwigs, superstar Ajay Devgn and filmmaker Prakash Jha have made up after their big spat two years ago. The reason to bury the hatchet is to work together in two movies soon — a sequel to ‘Gangaajal’ (2003) and Jha’s next film, ‘Satyagrah’. ‘Gangaajal 2’ starts next year after wrapping up ‘Satyagrah’, says Jha reportedly. ‘Gangaajal’ has become a brand, says Jha. He fell out with Devgn over the role in the film ‘Raajneeti’ (2010). Even though a hit, Devgn felt Jha didn’t play it fair, giving a bigger billing to newcomer Ranbir Kapoor. Devgn had dropped out of Jha’s ‘Aarakshan’ at the last minute in 2011. ‘Gangaajal 2’ is being scripted and will also be set in Bihar. Work on ‘Satyagrah’, which also features Amitabh Bachchan, will probably begin in December 2012, with Devgn playing the lead. Jha wants to shoot in winter, and Devgn will also have wrapped up Sajid Khan’s forthcoming ‘Himmatwala’ by then.

In the meantime, ‘Son of Sardar’ Ajay got a lovely surprise visit from another ‘Singham’. Well, the not really the movie by the name ‘Singham’ but Alex, the mighty lion of Madagascar dropped in to meet Ajay. It was a publicity gimmick for the upcoming film ‘Madagascar 3 — Europe’s Most Wanted’. And, it wasn’t really Alex himself, but a character dressed as Alex. Ajay was in the middle of shooting a song sequence, but smiled and said he was thrilled to see his visitor. Seems like, Alex was visiting to lend some support reportedly to Ajay for the film ‘Son of Sardar’ that hits the screens on June 8th. Of course, Alex and Ajay had a good time posing for the paparazzi.
