Dharmadhikari Report made public

New Delhi, June 01 (ANI): Civil Aviation Minister Ajit Singh, today released the Dharmadhikari report, that recommends uniform pay and uniform policy for Air India and Indian Airlines employees, but only after the pilots call of their strike. A four-member committee will be formed to implement the report, and pay scales for the employees will be related to the profit earned by the company. The report cites April 1, 2007 as a cut-off date for implementation of the new pay scale, and the pay and security will be decided in 45 days.
