Designers Showcase At Vizag Designers Nandita Basu and Pankaj Nidhi showcased their latest collection in Vishakhapatnam city as part of the six-city tour of Blenders Pride Fashion Tour. Models walked down the ramp in soft-draped dresses, structured tops, jumpsuits and gathered skirts. Model turned actress Esha Gupta sashayed on the ramp as the showstopper for both the designers. Hairstyles Get Glamorous In order to promote the latest hair techniques and styles, expert hairstylists organized an innovative ‘100 city education tour’ in Chennai recently. Around 1200 budding hairstylists came in to learn the latest on hair care and style through live demonstration besides applauding the ramp show held. Models strutted on the ramp flaunting the latest of stylish and trendy hairstyles on sexy outfits. Former miss India and actress, Parvathy Omanakuttan, sashayed down the ramp as the showstopper. Anna Liza & Anita Walia Go Back to 1920 It was a touch of the Roaring 1920s that inspired the collection of ‘Deux A’ label by Anna-Liza and Anita Walia, which they showcased at the Lakme Fashion Week festive winter 2011 in Mumbai. The collection called ‘Metropolis Die Mensch Maschine’ had designs for both men and women. Models walked down the ramp in jumpsuits, minis, dresses, shirts and trousers, oozing an all over regimental style.
