Unopposed Dimple Yadav set to be elected

New Delhi, June 08 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh Chief minister Akhilesh Yadav's wife Dimple Yadav is set to be elected unopposed in Kannauj bypoll election as the two candidates contesting against her withdrew their names today. Independent candidate Sanju Katiyar alias Sanju and Dashrath Shankhwar of Sanyukt Samajvadi Dal withdrew their names just a day before the deadline. The Kannauj bypoll is being held as the seat fell vacant following the resignation of Akhilesh Yadav, who took over as the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh in March.
