Work restarts in Mumbai Mantralaya today

Mumbai, June 25 (ANI): Four days after a major fire devastated four of its seven floors, work resumed in the Mumbai Mantralaya today. Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan along with other ministers and employees started the day with a condolence meeting for the five people who died in the fire, which broke on Thursday. Returning to work after watching their offices and work files going up in smoke, government employees and workers at the secretariat said that they would now have to recreate all the records that were burned in the fire. While others recalled their timely escape before the fire escalated. The fire claimed five lives and left 16 injured, including several officials.
